Refund policy
At TIMELESS STREETWEAR, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Due to the limited nature of many of our clothing releases and drops, certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes discounted items, promotional items, and special releases.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
