Shipping policy

At TIMELESS STREETWEAR, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Because of this, most orders are processed and shipped within 10–14 business days unless otherwise noted in the individual product description. We appreciate your patience, as good things take time.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Standard Orders: 10–14 business days from the date of purchase
  • Made-to-Order & Limited Drops: Shipping timeframes will be clearly listed on the product page
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.): FREE!
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $40 and US orders
  • International Shipping: Calculated based on location, free for most major countries internationally

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays
  • During high-volume periods (drops, restocks, holidays), processing times will be slightly longer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped
